I was in grade 7 or 8 in school way back when the media would shit all over her and Britney Spears (media was was brutal towards pop stars back then). This video specifically I remember she was shamed because her clothes were "too skimpy for her old age" which I just find bizarre AF.

Okay, but I guarantee when I get around to them I won't notice a difference between 4, 5, and 6.
I knew back in 2004 Resident Evil was ruined with 4, so I'm making sure to have the action game mindset when I play the 3 of them. I'll probably think of them as non-canon too tbh. Many of the creative team who developed the previous games weren't even involved in RE4 (Hideki Kamiya comes to mind)
It's funny seeing people say RE5 and 6 were too action-focused when many fans already knew it with RE4.

That's exactly how I would describe RE4 when I played it, and why I still to this day haven't finished the game.
I'm revisiting Resident Evil just recently, starting with RE 1 and 0 Remaster. I will give 4-6 a shot but I'm not expecting much from any of them tbh. RE4 was an action game IMO.

In the dream I was really hooked on some anime show that I was marathoning in a living room. In the anime, the good and evil character were about to fight, but came to an agreement that they would let cooks in the kitchen finish making a bunch of food first, so, the remainder of the dream I was watching the anime to see who would beat who but all I saw was cooks making a bunch of food.

I own the games on Gamecube/Wii, but...I don't have those consoles hooked up right now so, it would be nice to have Switch versions for sure.
Plus with Metroid Prime 4 coming, Nintendo had better give people easier access to the old games. It would be annoying and it wouldn't make sense if Nintendo DIDN'T do this. Story and lore are a big part of the Metroid franchise.

I'm personally binging Dragon Ball, and I finished DB and am at the Babidi Saga of DBZ. It's been about a month or so. I can sometimes do about 26 eps a day though.
