The PSP version is probably the most definitive because it came after the mobile versions. The PSP version was sold digital only on the PSP store though. There's no used physical copies you'll get.

They changed the side quests that required the defunct Nintendo DS online peer-to-peer to finish. We would also get people who do a scam where they tried to trick you to put in a "manual authorization" to override a declined card. They would have an accomplice call your hotel claiming to be their bank.
