I've been through BotW multiple times, and even on master difficulty.

Honestly though, I pretty much agree with TC. This game has a world that is way too enormous for the amount of meaningful content it had to offer. Spoiler alert, not much.

The sidequests were completely and utterly pointless. I've heard arguments like "but some of them lead you to shrines tho!" which the sheikah sensor does on its own just fine. Any rewards you get are either rupees (usually only 100 of them), some mundane ingredient or weapon that will break in a few hits, or again, the location of a shrine.

The thing with sidequests in other Zelda games is that they were worth repeating on subsequent playthroughs. In BotW, once you realize how easy it is to get money (Talus farming) and you have been to all the shrines. There's literally no reason to do any of them, except for Tarrey town stuff. Which doesn't offer anything unique aside from a certain shop.

Hopefully I can make some of you feel better by saying this: but I am a loser at life and not good at anything. Literally, I have no talents. I'm not even good at video games, really.

I'm almost 40 ad have never had a girlfriend. My life is a lost cause but I post this in hopes of maybe reaching any of you that are 18 or 24 or 30 or whatever and think you're a loser. According to definitions I am between Generation X and Millennial. I tend to fall more into the characteristics of a Gen X then a Millennial though.

I think they call people like us Xennials, otherwise known as the Oregon Trail generation.

I'm guessing you spent your childhood in a time without internet (nes, atari, apple computers, etc), but were just becoming a teenager (9-13) when the internet became a household thing.

Unless noise cancellation and not being tethered by a wire are absolutely necessary, and you will use these absolutely every day of your life.

I was way beyond stoned the first time I saw this film. And I went into it not knowing anything about it. I didn't even know it had Jim Carrey in it.

Man, when he grabbed Frodo by the shoulder and spun him around, that got to me a little bit. I questioned if maybe I was a bit too high at the time.

I highly (pun intended) recommend watching it while high. Especially if you've never seen it. Just go in blind and enjoy the ride.

I admit teenagers aren't typically very wise, but most of them don't think they could get away with murder. Especially one carried out so sloppily.

Also, maybe it's because there was another man willing to care for the child, but I knew a guy who signed his rights (along with having to pay child support) away in exchange for a $500 laptop. Everybody in the community thought he was a piece of shit, and he got so much grief over the whole ordeal that he moved out of town. But that is a thing that happened.

I make it a point NOT to meet new people most of the time, but I know a guy who legit thinks the earth is flat.
He laughs in the face of science and facts. Calls anyone who disagrees with him a shill or a sheep.

He claims satellites aren't real, they're just weather balloons, but in the same breath will talk about how he wants to put a satellite into orbit around the earth.
Pretty sure he's not trolling because he literally gets angry about it.

He also believes in just about any/every other conspiracy out there.
Like the california wildfires are actually caused by a targeted laser weapon, which he refers to as haarp, but also calls haarp a weather control device.

Basically he doesn't trust anything that doesn't come from youtube via the mouths of people that don't understand basic physics.
He's said he would be a doomsday prepper but Nibiru is scheduled crash into earth at any moment. Takes pictures of the sky and uploads them to facebook on a daily basis, always having something to say about chemtrails.
Doesn't understand how contrails are formed. Calls them smoke.
He's overall pretty dumb. Bad grammar and spelling. But insists he's the smartest guy he's ever known because he's so "woke".

Has nearly gotten violent over his stupid theories. Doesn't come up with many of his own arguments. Just points you to a youtube video that's 40-80 minutes long and expects people to sit through the whole thing. Also, he speaks like an absolute moron.
Often speaks down to people and in a way as if he's trying to educate them.

Overall terrible person to be around, but makes for lots of laughs after an encounter.

I don't understand how everyone misses the twins for the rest of the game. It's obvious they're cured shortly after you acquire the lunar whale. Seeing as how they're on one of the airships that comes along to help you get into the giant of babil. Plus in the prayer room with the elder right before the final boss. And they're even present in the game's ending.

[Edit] You can even take them back to the moon with you in the gba/psp versions of the game.

I dunno. I've completed the game solo as all 4 characters. So when you say "good character dies" it just means you need to 'git gud' yourself.

On a more serious note. This game is way easy compared to castlevania 1 or 3. No matter which way you look at it. The controls are tighter, and there's just so much more you can do. If you die, it's because you weren't paying attention to health bars and didn't switch your character soon enough.

I thought it was a fun game overall, and the bosses did take too long. That much I agree with. But all the characters shine in their own way. Except for Gebel. He was mediocre, but the game is still perfectly doable with him.
