Let's say there's a woman who's within the legal range (or for the sake of argument, the range you feel makes abortion okay). She is on her way to the abortion clinic to have the pregnancy terminated and a man mugs her. Which results in her having a miscarriage.

I can understand that the life would not be fruitful in this case for the child. I'm actually not sure where I stand in this scenario, 100%. But you've at least got me thinking. Maybe this would be a potential case for euthanasia in the womb. Similar to putting down a horse that can no longer stand. It becomes the humane thing to do at this point.
But what if it's an otherwise healthy baby?

You know what is 100% effective? Abstinence.

I have a decently sized tupperware container I fill with ice cold water before I get in, and I frequently dip a small cup into it and pour on myself while standing in the running water as hot as I can physically take it.

Yes, it becomes a person (potential for sentience) at the moment of conception. It has unique DNA, and will eventually grow into a full fledged human being if left to follow the natural order of life. So person is very accurate.

People only call it a "cluster of cells" to make themselves feel better about murdering it. If you don't consider it a life (even if science says it is) how can you feel bad for removing it?

Lots of reasons. Often times the accuser is usually very petty and just doesn't like the guy. A family member of mine tried to do this same shit to a guy and would coach her grand-daughter to say some heinous shit. She even admitted to many people (including me) her story was a complete lie. That she just wanted him to suffer. Basically he had been dating the girl's mother, who ended up cheating, so when he broke things off the family came up with this plot to "make him pay" for breaking her heart or something to that effect.

Eventually me and some other family members took this info to court and testified in his favor, and the girl who was allegedly molested even admitted that her elders had all put her up to saying all of the terrible things.
The grandmother is dead now, probably in hell if you believe in that.

Believing the accuser without any kind of proof is bullshit. You can't trust anything but evidence.

I cut ties with that part of my family since then. Fuck people who do that shit.

[Edit] The girl ended up having to spend some years in foster care after the whole ordeal and apologized to the man after she grew up and realized that her family almost ruined his life.

There's some fallacy in your logic, seeing as how both amazon & gamestop exist right now, yet we still have mom'n'pop game shops. I don't see how getting rid of one would somehow make it worse for them. It's direct competition dying out. Never, but there's a gas station close by my house that's run by an elderly man.
The type that pumps gas for it's customers and also does mechanic work.

He regularly drops money and the wind blows it away.
I've found up to $200 at one time about 100 feet from the station. After not even getting a free bottle of pop (I asked and was turned down) for returning the first $50 that I found, I just started keeping what I picked up from then on.
Over the years I've picked up around $700 or $800 from this spot alone.

I know it isn't something labeled as "free", and I know it's technically a douche-bag move. But I was soured by not even getting a reward of less than a dollar for doing the right thing. So I stopped doing it immediately and decided to capitalize. He's since quit the job due to old age, so I doubt I'll see anymore free cash just laying around.
