Listened last night, gonna have to revisit some to get a second opinion but will squeeze in a list before tomorrow.

I've heard of that dog game before, didn't realize that it was made by BN or that it was free. Never heard of the other two. I wonder why they decided to release 3 free games on the same day.

Is this some kind of download or is it just "watch it online without paying"?

Not that Ekans was ever a wildly popular Pokemon in gen 1, but Shroomish topping Ekans might be the most surprised I've been by a result to date.

This is funny because these are the two Pokemon who were both seen in pre-release footage of their respective Snap games but were not included in the final release.

But Shroomish was added to the game later and Ekans wasn't.

I didn't participate in yesterday's topic (or even click on it) but I was actually expecting Painkiller to make the list.

I didn't think about this either but I'm the same way. I got my current phone in 2019 and I never even set a ringtone or a notification sound because I keep them all muted.

I do use it as a morning alarm with actual sound though.

Snap gives a lot of Pokemon a boost for me, but I was looking up Bounsweet's pics because I couldn't remember any of them, and was greeted with my own 4 star WR which I forgot that I had. That's definitely a bad sign for the Pokemon's sake.

The AI advertisements really aren't the focal point of this story. Misleading ads go back to the beginning of time. Anyone can make a misleading ad, anyone can promise an event that doesn't deliver, anyone can have an angry mob coming after them. The method by which they created their pictures is irrelevant here, this exact same story could have happened by Photoshopping fake event pics 25 years ago.

People who want to order something that's not "the default" but don't actually want any of the common meat/vegetable(/fungus) options.

If cheese is considered a default part of the "base" pizza, then you're putting an additional item on top of the base. The fact that the additional item is the same food that's also in the base shouldn't change that.

The other ones are less clear. I think I'm gonna vote for anchovies because of what someone said about their pop culture significance even if nobody actually eats it.
