I'm not saying it's false that they used the money for their own ends like people are saying, but even if they didn't, even eating at a fancy restaurant, like some people are saying, can look bad if people twist it up with their own narratives.

even if they deny it, people aren't necessarily just going to believe them, so making the post private makes sense, as being one of the least things they can do (even though it's already out there and heavily shared).

It'd be more palatable if they were transparent and showed that they used the donations charitably for the black community. Michael Brown's and Tamir Rice's families have still never seen any money
