Havent read the paper, but my assumption was this has almost nothing to do with sexual violence in particular, and is about general fear and anxiety. E.g. women are more afraid of being hit by a car, of losing their job, of their kids suffocating in their sleep, etc., because of an evolutionary tie to physical strength.

The paper does suggest a correlation with assault and depression. Essentially strong people aren't assaulted that much
