Imo people should stfu about it unless they have read the actual theory. Not an article that reaffirms your own worldview and gives you talking points on crt, but the actual theory itself.

People like you with dismissive attitudes towards sexism are why studios like Blizzard Entertainment are having the huge problems that they are. You demonize any woman who dares to point out problems, thereby creating a hostile environment in which sexism is allowed to continue and its victims have no recourse.

For example, I've had bad eyesight from birth due to genetics (my mom wears glasses), and so whenever I was watching TV was a child, I would always sit on the floor really close to the TV because I literally could not see the screen clearly if I sat on the couch. But my grandma would scold me for this, telling me that I would ruin my eyes if I sat too close to the TV. I tried to explain to her that I couldn't see the TV from the couch (which honestly should have been a sign) but she just dismissed my objections and repeated her command to sit on the couch. Then a few years later when I was in 5th grade, my mom finally took me to see an optometrist, and I was diagnosed with near-sightedness and prescribed a pair of glasses. When my grandma found out, instead of recognizing her mistake and apologizing, she doubled down, saying, "I told him not to sit so close to the TV. He always had perfect eyesight before he did that..." And I was just like, "What? No I didn't! My eyesight was bad from birth! That was the whole reason why I sat so close to the TV in the first place! You're getting the whole situation backwards!"

Stuff like this can be incredibly frustrating, and it seems to be more prevalent among members of older generations... -_-

Allow me to rephrase: closing the lid is the responsibility of whoever is using the toilet at the time, as only the current user is in a position to close the lid before flushing. The South Park episode missed this point by giving an incorrect reason as to why the lid should be closed (so women don't fall in, which is not a real concern).

After observing my kitten play this new sport (which she invented) for several rounds, I have broken the basic premise down into a series of steps, and it goes a little something like this:

1. Find a random piece of trash to serve as the "ball" (candy wrapper, bottle cap, etc.)
2. Drop it into a shoe.
3. Fish it out of the shoe as viciously as possible.
4. After successfully fishing it out, drop it in again.
5. Repeat.

I am not quite sure how the scoring works. Lily didn't seem to be counting at all, as far as I could tell.

Putting things in a place where your 5 year old can't access them doesn't just mean just putting them up high, it means taking all appropriate measures to make sure they can't access anything you don't want them to. If they can climb, then it's your responsibility to take that into account when child proofing your home.

No, the "reboots" are actually sequels. It's actually been explained that the story is a repeating one with changes every time it repeats. The "reboot" movies are sometime after EoE, when the timeline repeats.

Sounds like the creators wanted to give Evangelion the Gundam treatment and were just looking for an excuse that would allow them to make infinite spinoffs.
