Well, my dad makes just enough at his job that he doesn't qualify for most government assistance programs, but the money he does earn is taken away by child support, and other garnishments like workman's comp, because he had a surgery and was out of work for two and a half months. Also the child support is dumb because I haven't lived with my mom in a year, and she lives far away from me.
