| CobraGT 07/10/18 4:50:47 PM #1 | Places sell live house centipedes but they are so popular that they are out of stock. Pet stores do not sell them because each one needs its own cage. At night I see them on my porch but catching a critter on 2x4 boards would be hard even with a second person underneath. | CobraGT 07/01/18 7:12:51 PM #1 | I have lived in Pilsen for a year and half. I actually wanted to live in China Town because I thought it was cooler. I looked at the Forbes article. I have the impression that Pilsen is a cool spot for a tourists. The Forbes article did mention the neighborhood vibe that you get from Pilsen. I have to confirm the neighborhood vibe. I like this, the convenient public transit, the convenient expressways, the ice cream shops and stores. I still cannot figure out how this makes the top 12 in the world. | CobraGT 03/31/18 1:22:02 AM #1 | I confess I was only thinking as far as the fact that special tea, cute gadgets and mooncakes will be priced out of my range and that there will be fewer retail jobs because higher prices and fewer sales. I stumbled across this analysis that high tech items from China are on the average composed of 2/3's foreign parts so when Chinese production of high tech item drops, the purchase of parts drop and ... Rent control Preemption protects the owner: Illinois law must be repealed before city council can even discuss rent control.
