Back then I was but a simple high schooler. That initial trailer with Link fighting that giant army on horseback got me so amped up... I'd frequently watch the trailer and daydream about how amazing the game was going to be. Heck, my girlfriend and I even had sex to the music in the trailer. I felt absolutely crushed by all the delays. And... when it finally came out... I was moderately disappointed. that big fight from the trailer never happened, and a lot of the other stuff in the trailer never made it to the final game. Still had a lot of fun with it though. I mean that in the most literal sense. there are bags of trash everywhere due to the cities not wanting to pay the mafia. -everywhere that isn't a tourist destination is extremely run down. -fancy hotel made my wife wear a top at the pool -cinque terre local authorities will issue expensive parking tickets to tourists even if they are in designated parking areas. -my wife was groped several times by Italian men. -corrupt police officer pulled me over for no reason and forced me to pay him a bribe or else he would arrest me -several places refused to serve us for being tourists. -tourists cities were horribly overcrowded Overall it was a bad experience.
