Also anyone else noticing the waifu-fication of mainline SMT? They already had the mechanic in base game to level up demons forever so people could have three cute girl demons all game, and now it looked like almost all the new boss demons in the update are waifus bad tidings imo Ehhh I mean a lot of SMT demons are hot ladies already tbh. I didn't mind them adding like 3 or 4 new ones. Nue is great and she has a creepy form too. They still give us plenty of weird and ugly and cool demons too --- "This is your last dance."

I planned to play it eventually so maybe I'll just get it on PC. I mean the story is definitely weaker. You're mostly solo in this game and going around killing shit. It's kinda a vibe. The endings were cool. I think the way you're able to move throughout the world, the gameplay mechanics, the music, and the new demons give you a really good time. It's got a real good world design to me. It just needed a bit more story where you actually interacted with people. It seems like they're fixing that because they showed a lot of new stuff --- "This is your last dance."

I put over 100 hours into fusing demons like a madman and fighting the hardest boss. Now they're making a new version? With more story content (definitely was it's weakest part)? It's not even close-- that little whiny hypocritical brat needed to get his faced stomped. But Persona 5's S-links, overall, are probably my favorites. The supporting cast are just really solid, and too many of the previous games were kinda meh. But P4 is really close. P3 is the weak link. I think a lot of people missed the part about how good P5's social links are. They make 4's seem boring in comparison tbh. Not that 3 and 4 don't have some real good ones, they just have more stinkers or bland ones that don't stick with me. Though I will say P3 Portable has the best of 3 while cutting out the annoying ones tbh. Kawakami? Dope. Takemi? Hot and interesting. Nerdy Shogi player? Fun.
