Cap was flexing all over Thanos with those hammer + shield combos too. Really shows how America's Ass is easily the best fighter in the MCU, even if he's not the most powerful.

You know, I liked this show as a kid. I haven't seen it since though and I have a feeling it probably won't hold up very well.

Yeah, pretty sure it's like that with everyone. Fond memories of catching random episodes as a kid with a lot of nostalgia bias.

Then when I tried to actually sit down and watch it from beginning to end, holy fuck was it a waste of time. People complain about Naruto filler, but for Inuyasha literally every episode is filler lol

The archers are probably the only thing in the Soulsborne games that I would actually call unfair. There's no real skill or strategy whatsoever to get past them besides cheesing them or getting very lucky.

Curious for your reasoning for putting Vader above Luke based on the movies, when Luke beat Vader in episode 6.

A few reasons.

1. Vader was conflicted that entire fight, he was basically on the verge of turning back to the light side. Being conflicted in Star Wars massively nerfs people, just look at Kylo losing to "a girl that had never held a lightsaber" as evidence.
2. Vader was trying to recruit Luke, not kill him.
3. Luke got a big rage dark side boost after Vader threatened turning Leia

It's really just because he beat The Senate. I know a ton of people debate whether he really won or Sidious threw the fight, but since we're only using movie feats and GL himself confirmed Windu won the fight I have to put him at the top

Granted, this is sabers only. If we include force powers and/or non movie feats then Yoda and Sidious are a good bit above him. Hell, even Anakin and Dooku give him a run for his money.

Obi-Wan > Maul, even if you want to argue that Maul beat him and Kenobi killed him as he was celebrating, that was Episode 1 Obi. By RotS being able to swap hands with a bloodlusted Anakin should put him quite a bit above Maul

Kylo steamrolls Rey in the one fair fight they have in TRoS and Rey cheap shots him while he's distracted.

Luke's saber skills are also trash and should be below everyone from the prequels.

Anakin should also be above Obi-Wan and Maul given his showings vs Dooku.

Removing fall damage would literally remove large parts of the game. Blighttown would be easily skipped within like 5 seconds of entering it. Like, sure you can already speedrun it and do some nice drop downs, but not all the fucking way to the bottom in one jump.

Swimming would either be really pointless or really shitty if they try to force stuff like underwater combat into it which no one ever likes in any game ever.

Invasions... eh. I hate them too, but just stay hollow, play offline, or accept the risk if you want to summon.

Unleashed actually has a worse story with a fanfic level protagonist in Starkiller, but for its time had some fun (if incredibly broken and unbalanced) gameplay

Awakens is A New Hope 1.2 with 2 interesting characters in Finn and Kylo and a shit Mary Sue protagonist in Rey

But uh, yeah. Kinda hard to compare a game to a movie.

It also works the other way. If you grind a bit to upgrade your equipment, you get matched with potentially higher level players but bevaise their gear is of the same level, they will destroy you.

Quite frankly, I still see it as an improvement. Invaders in DS1 had a million advantages against the host, and they lose absolutely nothing if they die. They should be at a disadvantage more often than not.

I always just fused into Pumpkin King and left him sitting around in defense mode to let his stats build up until he was unbeatable lol

I forgot what the fusion was, but one of the starter decks had it. I think what decks you could pick depended on your name too. Game was weird

Also the way you got cards was dumb. Just a slot machine at the end of the duel and only the cards you actually destroyed during the duel. Some shit like Blue Eyes required lining up 3 of the same thing on the slot machine too smh.
