...And now Nightshroud tributed my Cyber Dragon + Exploder Dragon to summon his Red Eyes and then ended his turn when the opponent only had one of those D.D. cards that remove the card that destroyed them from play.

Literally just helped our opponents clean out our field and have a free direct attack on us rather than just sacrificing Exploder Dragon. I swear he's trying to sabotage me >_____>

lmao wow. I think the stupidest thing I saw Zane do was against these 2 guys with a stall deck, where one guy had a Guardian Sphinx out + Gravity Bind so no lv4+ monsters could attack. I was just ending my turn over and over waiting to draw Heavy Storm/Lightning Vortex, but every time it was Zane's turn, he kept summoning his Masked Dragon and attacking into the face down Sphinx costing us 1k life points every time and then the Sphinx would bounce it back to his hand and repeat.

I was fucking speechless. Like, dude, you know what that fucking face down is lmao

I haven't played the earlier ones but I was pleasantly surprised by some of the deck construction in Special. Unlike Legacy of the Duelist where the older decks are unusable, they made stuff like turbo Exodia or Kaiba turboing out Blue Eyes consistently. Still not gonna beat like pendulums but they're exciting at least

Yeah, so far most people have decent decks (well, as decent as you could have back in the day of this game). Alexis' was decent, Zane's was crazy good (too bad it was held back by his atrocious AI), it's just Nightshroud that sucks so far. At least he can dump dragons into the graveyard for my Cyberdarks lol.

I'm going through with Nightshroud rn to get his dragon cards, but man does his deck suck. Its goal seems to be to just get a vanilla Red Eyes out asap which he can't even do consistently, and once it is out it's as underwhelming as you'd expect. Good thing I basically stole Zane's deck to carry us. >_______>

Never got to try them as I didn't own a PSP as a kid, but thanks to technology, that's not a problem these days!

Playing GX TF 3, love all the duelists animations. Legit feels like I'm in the damn anime having these ridiculous over the top duels. The friendly AI is ridiculously stupid though, like my god.

I was going through with Zane as my partner and I would literally watch him have a hand full of god tier spells like Heavy Storm, Card Destruction etc and he would just constantly skip his turn and do nothing. He also had some sort of hateboner for his Cyberdarks and refused to summon them unless they were his only monsters in his hand, even if they'd win the duel. Nah, let's just summon a useless (at the time) exploder dragon instead >_______> I did get to watch him make a Power Bonded + Limiter Removal Chimeratech Overdragon once though, 10k+ ATK was some funny overkill.

Only downside is the music. Having only like 3 songs, and usually only 1 playing through 90% of duels is really repetitive. Good thing I can just mute it and listen to something else. I hear it gets better in the 5Ds games... but fuck that, GX all day.

For the most part, I honestly think he didn't. Cailan was an absolute idiot and was more interested in glory than actually ending the darkspawn threat safely. I'm pretty sure even if Loghain didn't pull back, Ostagar would've ended in defeat anyways. Not to mention that the Archdemon wasn't even around then either. If he doesn't go down, neither does the blight.

Loghain's only real error was thinking he didn't need Gray Wardens to defeat the Archdemon, and you can't even really fault him for that either since it's not common knowledge, like most GW things.

It's kinda funny that I'm even defending him because I absolutely despised him my first playhrough, but once you learn more about him, it really paints him in a different picture.

These DBZ fans are nuts. Hadoken is the signature fighting game move-- tons of games have copied it (even JRPGs like FF6) and the move combination itself is iconic.

That's honestly the only thing I can think of that DS2 does better than 1/3. And even then, the fact it locks shit behind NG+s like the Moonlight GS is kind of annoying. At least the ascetics help with it, but it's still forcing me to go through areas/bosses multiple times just for basic shit. Not like the stuff locked behind it is busted or anything. >_____>

When both 1 and 3 are absolute master pieces, 2 sticks out so hard as the turd in an otherwise great trilogy. I still have some fun playing through it, but fuck. There are so many flaws with it that are always right in your face

• Every area has a billion enemies that just gank the shit out of you. Lazy af difficulty.
• 90% of the bosses are large humanoids with a giant weapon and the same copy pasted moveset.
• Adaptability
• Soul Memory
• Absolute shit hitboxes
• The game is sooooooo sloooooooow. It feels like I'm underwater or some shit. Even drinking Estus in the middle of combat is slow as dirt. Yes, guy, calmly stop and admire the scenery before you drink what can save your FUCKING life in the middle of combat. Take your damn time.
• Cryptic as fuck bullshit like burning a metal windmill to make the area boss easier, or jumping down seemingly bottomless holes for souls of giants.
• Area progression making no sense. How the fuck do I take an elevator up from the top of a poison castle and end up in a lava castle? I didn't see 2 castles stacked together outside smh
• Dying constantly lowering your overall HP and unlike Humanities/Embers, the Effigies are rare as fuck.
• Weapon durability actually being a thing since it goes down quick af.

And that's just off the top of my head!

Sasuke has to be one of the least, if not the least likeable rival/main characters in a fighting shounen ever. Like, the only people that like him are edgelord teenagers. It upsets me greatly whenever I remember that he faced literally no consequences at all for acting like a giant shit for years.

KH1 was a nice simple story
CoM and 2 things got a little silly, but you could still mostly follow it
