Going by lowest (Canadian) price, Goat Simulator has been $2.49 and the Collection has been $9.99, so you're not even getting $13 of value this month for two things that have both been out for over 4 years. Goat Simulator has almost zero replayability and the Collection was not only originally sold bundled with a PS4, but a significant chunk of people are going to have the game already. Microsoft basically dropped a nuke on Sony with Game Pass (overall, but also seriously a 3-month trial for $1!?) and I'd argue even EGS is kicking the shit out of them with their free game giveaways.
