I just got that warning, and it counted me refreshing a video twice as two separate videos, so I just got the one video warning, and am avoiding using Youtube altogether now after closing that and finishing the video due to hearing about that, because I am not risking my entire Google account to this. I do know people on here have been banned from Youtube due to that, so that is confirmed, but I am worried about the reports of whole Google accounts being banned, even though those are unconfirmed right now. These apparent reports of Google accounts being banned are on Reddit.
