Fighting a bunch of bad guys and barely get hurt, then after the battle my characters mother jumps in front of a bullet aimed at me and gets badly hurt then later dies from it.

Its ridiculous because bullets in battle were doing very little damage to me. So she got herself killed for no reason other than a mothers love. She didnt bother doing anything during the battle when I was being shot at though.

Scooby-Doo Meets The Addams Family was good too. At least in the 80s when I watched it.



I didnt like the mobile house cartoon series where they visited different locations across America. I watched it but even as a kid I thought it was dated and poor.

I watched Addams Family reruns when I was a kid, and I enjoyed the 90s movies. What turns me off most about this new movie is the animation style: it just looks bad to me.

Its also too bright and generic. Sure the character designs look like the comic strip original but it needs more than that. Its just a generic lame modern kids movie made for Halloween - like Hotel Transylvania.

It wasnt. There were better Bisons. Street Fighter II The Animated Movie and Street Fighter 4/5 were how Bison should sound like. Raul Julia was better than the American cartoon and Legend of Chun-Li Bison easily though.

Given all the talk about The Addams Family. He was the best Gomez, and while his M. Bison wasnt the best Bison, he still did well and was distinctly difference to Gomez. He was also dying at the time but did it for his kids.

Love the comics, love the 60s sitcom. Hated the 90s movies and never saw the musical.

Will probably see the new movie just because I'm intrigued by them sticking closer to Charles Addams' original character designs and artstyle.

Fun Fact: Charles Addams was supposedly related to John Adams, and in-canon, so is Gomez's family.

Come on, Raul Julia was the best Gomez. He took John Astins rendition and made Gomez his own.

And same with Christopher Walker as Fester and Christina Ricci as Wednesday - they were the best versions of the characters.

I am highly turned off by the trailer.

I dont like when something fixed in a specific time period is updated for modern day children. The Addams Family is firmly a retro property. To me anyway. And this has them making modern pop culture references. Should have had Christina Ricci voice Wednesday.

Not watching it. But I will watch a Nostalgia Critic and CinemaSins review of it. I think Ill watch the early 1990s movies if I want to watch anything Addams Family related over Halloween.

Addams Family 1991 and Values are better than everything that came before and after. I didnt say it was invented in the 1990s, I said it was the best version. I didnt mention the original TV show because I don't consider it the best version; although its a good second place. They set the groundwork that the early 90s movies perfected upon. John Astin is a very good Gomez. A close second place to Raul Julia.

And Hollywood once again ruins an existing property by alienating fans of past versions by dumbing it down for todays dumb kids. Key word being dumb. This is not a good kids movie, this is a dumb kids movie. I can tell that from the trailer alone.
