Nah, she looks uglier now, but she was cuter younger. But she has a really deep voice, and talks on Transgender and Leftist issues, so Transphobes immediately started calling her Trans, and she never said one way or the other. She finally addressed it by mentioning how if you quickly object to being trans as a cisgendered woman, it gives credence to the Transphobes who are trying to use Trans as an insult.

2018 shutdown was from Dems not wanting to fund the wall. Blame still got placed on the GOP, but it happened on the watch of a Democratic house.

The Republicans controlled the House when the shutdown occured. The Senate had already passed the bill, but it didn't include funding for Trump's wall, so he said he would veto the bill if it didn't have his wall funding in it. Democrats gained control of the House when they were sworn in and they passed the bill.

I did. It's not illegal to attempt to buy a gun. Also, there's no evidence this far that he actually bought it.

The topic title was a direct quote of the title of the Wired article he posted. And he specified that it the topic title was the title of the article. The topic had a poll which asked if AI Child porn should stay illegal. He specified that his choice was of course it should remain illegal. The topic was understandably closed by a mod.

He then made another topic asking why it was closed and linking to the original. Which is literally always a violation. When someone claimed he was for child pornography he rightfully pointed out he was absolutely against it.

Not all subjects are okay for CE, and that is one of them. But don't lie about someone for no reason. Either through malice, a lack of reading comprehension, or just a terrible game of telephone. Don't be like that. It's wrong.

It's more like, I didn't need to admit I was Sandman because Sandman came before Kanjo, and I'm known as Kanjo sitewide. Being that I barely posted on Sandman enough to "raise a stink" among certain people after Kanjo, the only way people would remember that is if they were around pre-Kanjo (where I wasn't known) OR if they dove deep into my posting history to see the link.

I think you may just have a problem understanding things. But he said you admitted as Kanjo that the Sandman account was yours. So, there is no real reason to respond as if something weird is going on. Maybe you just have a bad memory? For example, I will recall all of this when your next account comes around. I wasn't around for anything prior to this(I don't recall interacting with you before, so apologies if we have). I won't have to have been around before to see you admit to being those accounts. I would just remember.

It's a shame that the person recording the video didn't feel that his life was being threatened enough to make use of Tennessee's Stand Your Ground law.

Multiple things could be options here. He might not have a weapon to defend himself. He might be non-violent. He could have been worried about escalating the situation. He could have been worried about getting his loved ones hurt. He could have been worried that someone like himself doesn't get to use those laws(look at who gets charged and convicted vs those that get a pass). He in addition to, as was mentioned, not perhaps even knowing of such laws.

Private companies do not operate independently. This isn't just well known. It's part of the law there. Golden Shares have Xi putting his people on boards and the law says that every "private" company has to comply and give any and all data that the government wants. That's why Australia, Japan, and the like have trade trepidations with China.

China doesn't have any tech they can hold back that anyone would want, so China responds by limiting exports. It's going to go poorly for them the same way these restrictions and retaliations always go. Propping up to Russia and being unfriendly to international businesses is not a smart way to work on the world stage. Especially when your best attribute is cheap labor, that can be had elsewhere.

China gets caught spying and putting rootkits in their products. Companies in China don't actually have any rights. If(when) China asks for data from a company, they give it over no questions. They don't have to make requests like what happens in US, UK, Australia, etc. Also, China doesn't protect people's copyrights.

So when countries catch China spying on them, or stealing from them China is hit with sanctions. China then retaliates because they don't like having to play by any rules.

Now don't get it twisted, China being shitty doesn't make anyone else saints. I can't think of a country that can act holier than thou while looking like anything other than hypocrites. But Retaliatory restrictions when someone rightfully points out your issues is trash.

It's more powerful than the Switch, but that isn't really in the same category. While the Switch can be docked, it has to be relatively weak as it's also a handheld device.
