I got mine on PC since its been on sale for $40-45 recently. Ill be able to max it out and play with any mods that release in the future for it.

Plus it will probably have Dual Sense support so you can just use a PS5 controller for it. I don't own a PS5 and I use the controller for PC. Even works on most gamepass games lol

With the console shortages everywhere a PC is your best choice for gaming right now though that doesn't really apply to TC

If you report it their fraud detection service might rate you as a more honest person making you less likely to get banned from amazon. People have gotten banned from amazon through no fault of their own (like reporting too many items as not delivered and amazon thought they were lying) so anything you can do to avoid being banned is a good thing

Lol you're right that amazon will seemingly ban at the drop of a hat but returning an item/payment will in no way prevent it or make you seem more trustworthy

Nah it's actually as simple as typing a name which is done everytime the warehouse recieves a returned item. If they suspect something it gets escalated to someone who looks into it closer

Any number of ways. One is that a refund is tied to your account and if you ever need to return another item it comes up in your history

Could have been a mistake that will be corrected soon. If it actually went through and you were fine with never using amazon again I would say keep it. Otherwise I'm sure it'd come up at some point
