Illiquid but here's to hoping it works and a real estate market crash doesn't come to crater its value. It's a 6 bedroom and 7 bathroom house. He'll get his million for the sale. They are choosing to go into a senior living which will be like $1000 a month. Him and my mom's combined government pension is more than enough. They could downsize to a smaller house but the building lifestyle is more suitable for them right now. They may eventually move in with me. I have a retirement fund which I stopped putting money into for now. It's sitting at only $30K. I've thought about doing what they are doing but eventually downsizing to a smaller place. I'll be mortgage free late next year. But I more so wanna go down south when I retire during the winter. --- The Original PSN: deznutzbust69 |
