I wrote in my kid's agenda for his teacher to read that in the later grades if this same kid hurts my son I'll take legal action or solve the issue myself personally. And by that I mean either teaching my kid to fight and kick anyone who bullies him or I go to the school and talk with the principal along with the bullys parents. And if his parents are dicks I'll knock the kid's dad teeth in. I'm sick of hearing stories of kids who quit school or kill themself over bullying. Nobody in this world is gonna get away from touching both my kids. So let's say 1 item they made 20000pcs a month. And in reality lost 200pcs due to damage or scrap that month. By backing it out from the system it matches close to what we really have on the floor. We would take out at times 80-100pcs. We do this multiple times each month. I questioned my supervisor and his reply was since they give us the key to the vault we are in control. Our top 5 big items usually have big $$$ loses each month which would impact the inventory. Looking at in the 6 figures for losses. My job under his supervision was to back things also. Do not use them when cooking your meat. How about extra virgin olive oil? Also besides protein drinks (right now I use water only, should I do milk too?) I mainly just drink water.
