A 300 pp bike can have worse stats in all categories and (more importantly) perform worse than 250 pp one. The naked bikes generally seem to be worse than an "equivalent" sports bike. - Having upped the physics and AI, there's a decent challenge here. I'm not yet on the hardest settings, but still find that I have to take care not to botch my corner exits (some bikes are worse about this than others).
