Except he's not just being skeptical. He's literally denying the rape actually happened and then victim blaming in a very condescending and antagonizing way.

Nope, I said 2 consenting adults were drunk when one asked to finger the other and she allegedly said yes. Now, if the woman had not said "I remember nothing" she could say "that's false I didn't want anything to do with that", and we have a case here.

He hooked up with a drunk girl and now he's facing the consequences. Period.

For real? That's what this is based on? Her not remembering the incident? Did Brock admit to non consensual sexual contact or did he maintain his innocence?

Some of the details sound similar to this case.

An intoxicated female received consensual oral sex from a male, and the morning later she falsely alleged that she was raped, claiming no memory of the incident. A video shot by bystanders demonstrated that the sexual contact was consensual.

The next day, the woman, also 20, filed a sexual assault complaint with the Athens Police Department, after seeing images of herself circulating on Instagram and Twitter. She said she had no memory of the incident.

However, there's an obvious motive in this case, she was embarrassed by the video going viral.

Just saw a report saying he sent in a resignation letter giving 2 weeks notice.

It's now being said that he was facing no disciplinary action and that there were no complaints about his job performance. I think we're looking at an infamy killer, like a Paddock.

As for not showing the shooter's image, it maybe because they were shot dead and thus there's really no need to really show it since it's not like they're at large. Or perhaps the media is trying to prevent copycat shooters from being inspired (it could be possible that he had manifesto like the Christchurch shooter and they're suppressing that). News outlets has revealed his name though.

That doesnt sound like the media. They usually have the biggest hardon to spam pictures of the shooter, even if its years and years old.

Those guys are usually taken in alive, and thus the case is ongoing. This guy is dead. Plus it's a work place shooting. Those rarely get as much attention as a school shooting no matter how many are killed.

He is (or was. His names DeWayne Antonio Craddock should clue anyone in), and there was plenty of such rhetoric on twitter at least. Nearly every tweet I saw was about his blackness. The rest were news accounts just reporting the facts as they unfolded.

There was no "gun violence archive" webpage back in the 70s, where people could contribute such news stories of mass shootings after mining the internet. You were at best limited to a few researchers who had access to limited databases.

April 20th, 1999 changed a bunch of shit.

columbine was the big catalyst,yes.

there were a few small shootings but columbine really made it global.

so yeah 20-25 years its been a modern phenomenon
