If she had attacked him without any claimed provocation, then yeah she would have been charged with a bias crime. |

As cops were attempting to place them under arrest, two of them fled, prompting one of the officers to fire. It's worked before. |

Ted Cruz has introduced a bill that will fix this problem, but Democrats are pushing back with their own bill that has zero chance of being signed by Trump into law (this bill is "catch and release" codified as law). It's time for Trump and Democrats to back Cruz's bill and show us that they really care, and are not just using these children as weapons for political gain. |

It depends on the year. It fluctuates a lot, but it's usually very low in Germany, largely because of the aging and well-off population. Just like in Japan. It's quite possible that migrants in Germany have higher crime rates, but if you adjusted for gender (they're disproportionately male), age (lower median age) and living environment (more likely to live in major cities), that would be expected. Whatever the case, the culture has certainly not been "violently changed", as Trump asserted.
