For real? That's what this is based on? Her not remembering the incident? Did Brock admit to non consensual sexual contact or did he maintain his innocence?

Some of the details sound similar to this case.

An intoxicated female received consensual oral sex from a male, and the morning later she falsely alleged that she was raped, claiming no memory of the incident. A video shot by bystanders demonstrated that the sexual contact was consensual.

The next day, the woman, also 20, filed a sexual assault complaint with the Athens Police Department, after seeing images of herself circulating on Instagram and Twitter. She said she had no memory of the incident.

However, there's an obvious motive in this case, she was embarrassed by the video going viral.

So you're denying the rape actually happened and the girl was just a drunk idiot girl who didn't know what happened so now she's just saying he raped her AKA saying it's her own fault. Hmmm

"I'm not being offensive! You guys are just too sensitive".

Be sure to use that on your dispute.

He's literally not being offensive. He's being skeptical about a situation that none of us were there to witness.

If you look at how he is responding, you'll realize there is a major error in that logic. People being skeptical don't phrase their posts in ways that are identical to people who only troll.

So you are the troll investigator now on the case? Jeez didn't know we had one here, start marking those posts Inspector!

It's Captain, not Inspector. I'm actually with the Internet Internal Affairs Bureau. I don't investigate random trolling or other basic shenanigans. That gets passed off to some rookie on desk duty in another department. I investigate people on the internet who allege to be police in real life. That being said, some rookie on desk duty in another department is investigating you as we speak.

Except he's not just being skeptical. He's literally denying the rape actually happened and then victim blaming in a very condescending and antagonizing way.

Nope, I said 2 consenting adults were drunk when one asked to finger the other and she allegedly said yes. Now, if the woman had not said "I remember nothing" she could say "that's false I didn't want anything to do with that", and we have a case here.

He hooked up with a drunk girl and now he's facing the consequences. Period.

It's rare for prosecutors to take up such cases because an allegation of blackout drunk sex is normally not enough by itself to prove rape. Indeed, courts have overturned the very few such cases that actually ended in a conviction (see Ohio vs Iran Doss), arguing that a person merely alleging no memory of a sexual encounter due to intoxication is not sufficient evidence of rape.

Drinking and hooking up with randoms is a dangerous game. Machete and Vegeta think it's all black and white, no grey area whatsoever, and that has put guys behind bars, and it's dangerous.

Can you explain the origins of the numbers in your username?

What? No. It was a consensual hook up, that was called a rape by passerby's and then charged by the police on something those guys didn't even see. Dude watch the video. I don't think you know the full story. It has things called "court documents" and "statements" you haven't seen.

When you make a word plural by adding an s to the end of it, you do not use an apostrophe. Apostrophes denote possession or abbreviate being, meaning "passerby's" is defined as "belonging to a passerby" or "passerby is," not "more than one passerby."
