Wow all this praise to vice city stories is surprising. I thought it was considered the black sheep of the GTAs

I once heard that rockstar weren't able to port their GTA games from physical disc to digital/psn properly. Was thinking of going with ps2 version, ps2 disc?

Which should I get, on which platform, digital or physical, etc

They all got worse over time. Kelso and Eric in particular got so bad that by the last season it was like they weren't even there most of the time.

I was magically good at that game when I played it a long time ago on GBA. I barely remember a thing about it.

Likewise I was so fucking good. I made 3 separate decks that I could beat the final boss with, a keyblade (physical ) attack deck, a magic deck, and a summon deck full of clouds and simbas

Yeah if they were going for new York similarities it would have made more sense to have the airport in Portland and give it like a queens/Brooklyn vibe. (Maybe they were going for a jersey vibe with the cliffs?). Staunton is definitely manhattan, but shoreside makes no damn sense.

Scandinavia is one of the most English speaking countries outside of native speaking countries. While it's true that not everyone speaks English very well, it's such a radical difference from bigger countries.

EDIT: My experience is that Finland is at most slightly worse at English in general, but that could also be a bias because people didn't necessarily want to speak to me on account of being Swedish.

I'm planning on going to rural areas with forests, mountains, fjords and lakes more so than densely packed city areas so I don't think english will be spoken as much there.

Oh my god yes this this so much. It's like, you've got the airport and an industrial area, ok, but then a bridge that leads to a residential area with a lot of fancy cars what. And then on top of that you've got a dam nearby? It's very strange.

I wonder how long I should make the trip. I'm usually a month+ kinda guy since I don't like to rush especially when I'm on vacation.

Before the final mission with Catalina, no other story mission takes place. Yeah there's the pay phone missions with the red gangster, but otherwise nothing. We went straight from a Staunton island mission with Asuka and got a ransom note for maria from Catalina.

That must be why I never remember the third area all that well. Never really explored it much before fighting Catalina.

I soaked mine in hot water once but it didn't really do anything.

At :30 when she turns to the camera and is like "mom help I don't know anymore!"
