Ideally, any felony charges means that you don't have access to firearms. At least one might hope. I don't know if that actually bars you from owning firearms. Ideally, him having mental health crisis and ending up in a crisis center for it would have barred him as well.

People who are upset at just probation are missing the forest for the trees. You don't hit the low level drug traffickers when the kingpin is still available. The only people we are interested in seeing justice for are the people on top. Trump and his inner circle need to go down as harshly as possible.
