LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - The former manager of Stan Lee has been charged with elder abuse against the late comic book legend, a Los Angeles court official said on Monday.

Keya Morgan was charged on Friday with five counts of elder abuse, including false imprisonment, fraud and forgery stemming from an incident last summer when Lee was 95 years old, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Superior Court public information office told Los Angeles City News Service.

The spokeswoman added that a warrant for Morgans arrest had been issued.

Morgan, a New York-based memorabilia collector who became involved with Lee in 2017, was served with a restraining order last year after Lees family accused him of elder abuse.

The Los Angeles District Attorneys office on Monday said it was unable to provide any information. An attorney for Morgan could not be located but last year Morgan denied allegations of abuse.

Lee, the co-creator of Spider-Man, Iron Man, The Hulk and dozens of other Marvel superheroes, died in November 2018 at the age of 95.

In court documents last year, Morgan was accused of seizing control of Lees Hollywood Hills home and hiring security guards with orders to keep away relatives and associates before moving the comic book creator to an unfamiliar condominium.

Really, because they seem content with just letting Sonic Team run Sonic into the ground by themselves. For example, I heard Forces was so short that you could beat it and still get a refund on Steam, because you could still be below the 2 hour maximum time played on the game.

Im convinced Mania was a fluke. Otherwise we wouldve heard news about Mania 2 by now, and dev time that went into the Encore DLC was instead invested in the sequel.

I know people love to complain about Captain Marvel, but they barely used that in the movie. At all.

Was the only one who brought back an Inifinity Stone without a hitch. Also held up the rubble for everyone after they were attacked.

Idk what it was. My dice felt cursed. Its why I complained that I wasnt doing the damage that I was advertised to get.

Im also not sure if the creatures in the campaign were ones Id be good against. High AC.

Its been so long though, that was summer of sophomore year in college.

I remember one time when my party was getting a bit gung-ho about slaughtering everything that they came across and I just got sick of it.

So I stuck two kobolds and a door in front of them. One of the more experienced players spoke up and started panicking about Tucker's Kobolds - basically when the dm uses low level enemies and high level traps to make the party super paranoid as they traverse a dungeon. Big dick move on the part of the dm. It wasn't even my intention - but man did they start panicking and trying to negotiate a bit after that. They were just going to have to fight a Dragon if they hadn't cooler their jets drampa

Ive only played DnD like, once. I played a rogue. I found it hard to get invested in combat, because my character felt weak because it wasnt hitting big damage numbers like I was promised, and I couldnt get into the story both because Im bad with that kind of stuff, and because we had some shit members in our game who would derail dialogue by trying to attack npcs, or bicker between each other for the whole session.

My greatest contribution was rolling 3 Nat 1s in a row on an arrow shot. The DM decided that rather than fucking me over, the arrow would go into an interdimensional portal. Years later I still hear stories about how my random arrow shows up in campaigns to pull some bullshit in combat. Or to kill off annoying PCs the DM doesnt like.

I also got shiny Lugia last week. Was hoping for a Lati twin cause Latias was my favorite gen 3 legendary but any shiny is nice. Breakthrough day being Wednesday for me actually gives me something to look forward to smack dab in the middle of the work week...

I also rarely raid which is why I have neither yet. I do have 2 Deoxys-D and an Azelf now due to the raids Ive done recently though. Hope the EX raids change in the next 2 weeks because I did 4 raids in EX gyms on Saturday.

Only watched the animated 90s shows on Nick, so never watched Keenan and Kel regularly. Did watch Drake and Josh regularly then went back and saw K&K and didnt like it as much. Whichever one you saw first is probably the one you prefer.
