No, they are both just as bad. Just because the child thinks they are capable of making adult decisions doesnt change the fact that you are going after the child as a predator.

The fact that you understand why statuatory rape is a thing and yet still try to characterize it as not as bad if they are older is gross. Having sex is an adult decision and a child cannot consent no matter how old they are.

A lot of them are just "collect x amount of this randomly dropping item from these blue orbs!" (luckily the Monado will trigger a cutscene telling you you need that item for a sidequest; I hate not knowing what shit I need to hold onto in JRPGs) and some of them are terribly rare. From a drop you can't control. If you get frustrated with those don't try to grind it out. You will enjoy the game more that way.

Don't get burnt out on doing too many sidequests. Most of them are just nonsense MMO style fetch quests that don't have unique rewards.

The problem is you have to do the sidequests to raise location affinity. And you need location affinity to open those 4th and 5th skill trees

If you plan on doing endgame content some of those are really nice to have...

Also they add to character affinity too

My Switch sits in its dock anyways. You can't use the touchscreen if it's docked. Also there is no mic in the hardware.

The original WW was ported to Gamecube and the Wii version used motion controls. Though tbf I don't really know how the IR sensor in the joycon works. And pointing doesn't really work in portable mode.

Kinda. No idea why Square went ahead with the remake without making the game better. Sure you cant really fix the janky combat because that would be changing the soul of the game. But the rest of the game feels just as mindless going back to it. There were only like, 2 side quests and both of them just involved talking to 1 or 2 people. The game is fun even by yourself but its also bad.

They shouldve pulled what Nintendo did with Metroid 2 imo but that wouldnt have gone well with the people who wear nostalgia glasses for the game.
