I was already almost gonna nope out of Avengers 3 when I was also worried about this, but the development he gets in the first episodes more than makes up for it. He isn't our Loki, but in a way he becomes him and much more throughout the first 5 episodes. At one point when Martha becomes a Senator, Clark shields an illegal alien from a nearby farm (played by Tyler Posey, actually) and she ends up using her authority to get he and his mother green cards.
