I'll just put it like this, if people think gunpla is disliked here because she is trans they must not have been here very long lol. We've had peoples wedding plans ruined, pics of their dead cat or something sent to them on facebook, real life locations doxxed, nudes leaked, etc... and none of those users were trans.

Well you are regularly harassed, people have been on your ass for like 3 pages now. You just haven't been antagonizing users back so you haven't been modded and suspended. And then how come the instant death plagas can't kill Kratos when he insists on being in close range? In story they would rip his head off instantly before Kratos even knew it because he's not shooting them from 30 feet away.

You want storyline logic when convienent and gameplay logic when conveient.

Leon spends 6 hours getting a key to a church then leaves said church by climbing out an open window he easily could have just climbed into.

I think it's safe to assume they still have to abide by basic logic of the games or else the average CE user could have saved Ashley by breaking the game.

I loved it. I enjoyed the gameplay, boss fights, puzzles and the story. I didnt think pacing was an issue either. On the other hand, I also dont play video games that much anymore, so maybe the game was targeted more towards casual gamers like myself?

Yes it is designed to appeal to casuals like most AAA games, that's where the money is after all

i was playing on the Give Me Balance i think. Combat wasn't hard, i was beating everything on the first try but idk i guess i have been spoiled by other games now

Yes, thats gameplay/story segregation, like when you're stopped by a locked door with broken windows in Fallout games. Or a car is conveniently blocking the road so you have to go around instead of just climbing over it. Kratos himself has literally ripped trees straight out the ground in cutscenes lol

His own games also tend to be of the...magical and godly variety. He regularly breaks stuff in his games that are stronger than wood, hell the force of him and Baldur fighting in the intro of GOW was enough to split mountains and crack the ground

I don't know what you were expecting from the game.

I have beaten both Horizons, GOW 2018, and the last of us 1 and 2, i didn't hate any of them, Days Gone was a slog too that went on longer than it should have but I beat it, I couldn't even drag myself halfway through this game. I think I had a pretty good idea of what to expect, it just did not stick the landing.

One of the biggest levels of the original was gathering skulls to get past a puzzle door
And the one of the biggest plot maguffins of the second was getting across a wide gap

better question is why would he want to? That'd be nerfing himself when he has an axe that he can throw several hundred feet with precision and recall on command that would most definitely maim anyone in its path. He'd also be able to just force his way through puzzle doors or jump over them completely if we ignore gameplay/story balance and let him use his full abilities lol

Kratos has a terrible track record of protecting people, Failed his wife, failed his brother, failed the Spartans, failed Pandora, failed his second wife.

And he can't use firearms.

I think it's more in the air than the people who are smugly confident believe.

Who is going to stop him? Some slow moving infected humans that even Leon can shake off or roundhouse kick to death? Why would using guns matter when he can tear them apart with his axe or blades of chaos? Hell he could probably swing his chains and clear out the entire village part in a few seconds lol. The Village Chief also wouldn't be able to physically overpower him. Just say you don't want Kratos to win and call it a day.

Leon also gets physically manhandled a lot, if this was GOW3 Kratos he would kill everything first and ask questions later.

If this was GOW 4 Kratos, we would have to see if he cares about Ashley first, if he does she is as good as saved, if not she will definitely get taken away from him at least once or twice.

Like Kratos would probably dive down in the lake and fight and kill the monster underwater lmao

is this god of war 3 kratos or god of war 4 kratos?

Either way Kratos is a god, he can fucking punch them through the wall.

i got ragnarok in a ps5 bundle, there was no option to buy it unbundled, so i didn't try to go out of my way to buy it >_>

i already know the major story beats anyway so i'm thinking ill just uninstall it now and get back to it whenever i feel like i'm in the mood(probably never)

Feels like I've been playing forever and i'm apparently only on Chapter 6, which wouldn't be so bad if the game itself wasn't absolutely unimpressive. Sure it looks pretty but it feels... uninspired to play and there are so many forced walking segments and unnecessary gameplay parts that should have been a cutscene or cut for pacing reasons, followed by parts that seemingly go on forever just to have enemies to throw at you(Uncharted school of game design i guess) that I am very close to considering just dropping the game and uninstalling it forever lol.
