At any rate, was just buying a cheap Chromebook for when I don't feel like lugging around a laptop but want some functionalities that are hard to replicate on a phone. Still need to find a good laptop deal and hoping that Cyber Monday will have something.

I thought just getting emails was enough to keep it going -- which it had been in the past -- but I guess I needed to log in as well. =x

Not 100% sure of everything I lost, although it includes old site registration info, some contact information, and pretty much all of my email correspondence between 1999 or 2000 (when I switched from my old email provider) to maybe 2006 or 2007 (when I started using gmail regularly).

Only realized it because I was trying to figure out which email my Staples account was connected to and it's not my primary Outlook or primary gmail. Of course, that's not it either. I know I've ordered online from them, so I'm starting to suspect that they deleted my account due to inactivity. Just not sure how to figure out what my loyalty rewards number is.

Granted, to some extent, I might be better off with much of that stuff deleted since Yahoo seems to have a network-wide security breach every few years that exposes everybody. This way it won't be clear what accounts are connected to it.

EDIT: Looking at my gmail again, apparently I forwarded a Staples offer from my ymail to my gmail so, at one point, I probably had my account through it? What a pain, though. If only I could enter my phone number (since it still registers my account) to see what my password is.

tbh, not sure that I ever watched in its entirety either Rocky 1 or 2. Then 3 and 4 I watched ages ago, so I only remember some pivotal moments. Rocky Balboa I watched like a decade ago and have forgotten most of it, other than the result from his fight with iirc Mason "the Line" Dixon (who has an easy-to-remember name... although that's true of most Rocky opponents except Mr. T because he'll always just be Mr. T)

I want to watch through them again eventually. Except maybe 5, because I remember not liking that one and most of the clips are also a bit of a downer.

It's a useful term, although I can't say that I've ever liked how it sounds. It conjures images of youths selling stolen electronics, etc, in parking lots.

Judgmenl posted...
It's a term that business influencers use to describe a side gig separate from your "real job."
Apparently we live in a society where everyone must have 2 jobs (or more) at all times.
Being a social media influencer is a common "side hustle".

A side hustle shouldn't be confused with a second job and the term goes far beyond "business influencers." You can have a second job where it's not a side hustle, it's just called a second job. Side hustles tend to be more entrepreneurial in nature and capable of scaling.

And, for the most part, I'm not sure that you can really count "social media influencer" as a side hustle since most of them don't actually make money or, in many cases, even get comped product. If you're doing something in your spare time and not making money for it, it's not a "side hustle," it's something called a "hobby." Back when I blogged in my spare time, I got more comped product than a lot of "social media influencers" (highest in a single month was maybe $2k in comped product), but I never thought of it as a job or side hustle, that was just a hobby even when I was making money from it. As such, it's not something I even have on my resume.

iToro86 posted...
My side hustle is owning a business that I run from my home making $.30 sents a month from because I'm an ENTREPRENEUR. I wear suits my parents bought for me to look like I'm successful and all my social media bios say I'm an independent business owner and CEO of my business.

1) It's spelled "cents"
2) If you already have "$.30," saying "cents" is redundant anyway

My side hustles are the Field Agent app and Amazon Mechanical Turk. The extra $3000ish per year so far helps out a lot. Use 9wgcy6b in Field Agent as who invited you if youre feeling generous.

Its mostly going to stores and discreetly taking pics and answering a few questions for a few to several dollars each. Amazon MT is mostly surveys and data entry.

Dude, I make over $100,000 a year. I don't fucking need "side gigs". Even people at work who make more than me, are constantly trying to turn a profit on the stock market. It's so fucking weird. I have more money than I'd ever need, and there are people who just want more.

So what you're saying is because you don't want to make extra money, the idea of a side hustle is illegitimate for everybody else? >_>

And having a side source of income is a always a nice additional safety net if you ever lose your $100k/year job, especially since unemployment pays out next to nothing.

Yes, it's the theft of an intellectual property. The only possible semantic argument is that you're really trafficking in stolen goods rather than involved in the theft itself, not unlike somebody who knowingly receives stolen goods, although the initial act of piracy in itself is still theft regardless. More so, the very practice is named after a kind of theft.

I'm not saying it's wrong to consider how Jackson's own childhood might have damaged him and warped his perspective and behaviour as an adult; but I am saying it's wrong to make a special case of him just because he's Michael Jackson.

...he's a public figure, so people feel like they know enough one way or another. You don't have to be a renowned artist to get that kind of perception. The Simpsons, family guy, Naruto, one piece, etc etc? I mean... Are there even any that have watched all of those hundreds of episodes or stuck with a show for 15 to 20 years? If not more?

How?

Uh, one year at a time? Plus the Simpsons doesn't even have 800 episodes, let alone a thousand.

Do you think what the mother in law did was "entrapment"?
