I slept pretty well but only like 6-7 hours. I sorta feel hungover and like I did a 3 hour whole body workout yesterday. Bit of a headache, muscles are pretty sore all over, little bit of the chills but that's about it. I think lots of cold water and an Aspirin should help get me through the day.

went to a spa/ sauna where everyone was naked. it's weird for like a minute and then it's no big deal.
