You mean on the topic list, the icon that denotes a special topic type? Poll being one of them, there's also locked and stickied. I'll add that to my to do.

currently im using an aspire and its doing okay. it cost less than other laptops.

First of all I want to say thank you that I can now add boards to my favourites via the app.

If you want gaming, buy a desktop PC from Digital Storm. Laptops should not be used for gaming, imo.

I dont want a desktop. I also dont need a high end gaming laptop.
I want to play a few not so demanding games on it but thats not the focus.

I've owned an Acer, HP, Dell, and Thinkpad and my wife has owned an Asus and Macbook, and far and away the best laptop I've ever owned is the Thinkpad t460. I purely use it for work, I did that on purpose so I dont get addicted to PC games. I upgraded the harddrive to a 500gb SSD and upgraded the ram to 16 gb and it has an i5 2.4 ghz processor.

Its super fast, I can open a million tabs and it doesn't slow down. Files transfer super fast. Large documents open quickly. Its super durable and the parts are pretty much all interchangable incase anything goes wrong. If ur on the go, the internal battery thing is awesome. You can buy a separate external battery and swap it out without plugging your laptop in because it has an internal battery that kicks in only when the external one is dead.

I will never get another brand of laptop again, only lenovo thinkpad business laptops for me.

I always associated Lenovo with bad laptops because we have the most basic ones as company laptops. Never thought about those. Ill look into it thanks.

I had a 400 HP laptop for a few years now and I have slowdowns even when just having a few firefox tabs open.
I bought that one because I just needed something for word processing for school.

Now I want something more powerful so that I can work normally and not wait a few seconds for everything to respond after a few clicks.
I have a budget of ca 1500 +-a few.

I want to at least be able to play a few PC games such as path of exile or star craft or KOTOR for example. I dont need the most high end gaming laptop but with my old laptop I even had to put path of exile on low setting and even then I got framedrops.

So yeah.
Graphics arent that important. If I can lower graphics to play a recent game on it decently it is ok.

It was the same game as before.

Like fewer differences than one CoD release to the next.

What are you smoking? Brawl plays nothing like melee. There is a reason most people stayed with melee after that dissapointment brawl was. Brawl is shit. Melee is one of the best games ever.

so did you ever even get past ng+ in nioh?

I played the game for over 200 hours and beat way of the Nioh and almost all missions on all difficulties.
Blocking is bad in this game what are you talking about?

I mean if you have a high toughness build and focus on blocking stats on your gear it may help but I dont think this is really effective on the later difficulties.

That said. I found the game more fun with dodging rather than blocking.

Wow, this game is actually not terribly long ultimately. If you skip the "find 30 of X item" type fetch quests and just do the combat ones and story missions, there's not that much content.

Yeah. Even I could beat the speedrun mode in 50 minutes.

Not true. I went in there without knowing I wasnt suppised to at the beginning. Came pretty far with 10 min battles vs wolves and running from stuff but the first boss is unbeatable. Came back all the time though throiugh the course of the game. Beat it before beating the main game.

Eh. You'll eventually get the point where you have massive amount of ferrystones and a massive amount of portcrystals scattered everywhere around Gransys.

I do like the wandering aspect myself, but the entire country of Gransys is way too samey. Especially if you're doing multiple runs.

In dark arisen you get an eternal ferrystone. And you can buy portcrystals if needed.

Hmm. Weird thing it seems like my phone doesn't quick charge anymore. But that might have been happening before this potential water damage.

This weekend and I'll use some compressed air all around the phone and clean what I can of the USB slot.

I feel like the constant charging I've been doing on my phone this week hasn't helped the battery itself regardless

Mine wouldnt quick charge either until I used the more powerful charger. It was a bit one from a camera.

I constantly charge my phone too over night everynight. But when it had a little water damage it was much worse.

I had the same thing happen.

I cleaned out the micro usb slot with qtips and let it dry. I also blew into it and scrached the contacts clean with a plastic toothpick. This helped and after 1 or 2 days everything was back to normal.

Dont know if you have the same problem but try it out before tossing your phone. I also got a better charger with more power which somehow kickstarted my battery again.

Just my 2 cents.
