Scraping metal or ice, impatience, lack of self-discipline, desire/need to control other people, complaining a lot, lack of humor, boogers on the wall (wtf is wrong with you), peas, green beans, fat rolls, low intelligence, angry/scary/hostile conservative views, hovering over girls who don't like you, scratching your ass in public, putting your hand on your crotch in public, not wearing your clothes properly (pants specifically), sexism racism or transphobia (are you on this planet to judge people or what), dressing like a slob wearing raggy clothes you bought 15 years ago, half-assed beards that obviously don't look good (make up your mind, draw the line somewhere, do you want it or not?), smoking weed (it makes you dumb and you think you're smart), no hobbies or interests whatsoever, no style, believing in conspiracy theories, waking up at 7 AM for god knows what, hating object oriented programming (is by far the worst one), having a mustache with no beard, having no interest in talking to anyone because you think you're a cool lone wolf (you have floor level emotional intelligence no one thinks you're cool), calling children little shits, making crass jokes about babies, implying that having children is somehow a terrible idea or not progressive and smart, littering (I have NEVER done this in my life, you were raised wrong).

Get rid of all those things and everything is sunshine and rainbows.

The secret for white hair is laundry bluing. That's also how they get white dogs and horses to shine. Bluing will remove the yellow from grey hair.

Please note that the stuff is extremely potent, you only use a one or two drops in a quart or two of water then rinse your hair with it. The water should be light sky blue.

It's quite a bit more common these days for dudes to go to hair salons. That's not to say there aren't still plenty of people who would make fun of you for it, but the staff won't be particularly surprised. It's literally their job to answer the question "how do I make my hair look the way I want it to?", and they're likely to be able to give you much better advice than you'll get anywhere else, including what will work best for your specific hair and which brands/colours to use.

Saying that (take this with a grain of salt because I've just picked this knowledge up by osmosis and not put it into practice in any capacity), I expect the answer is going to be that you'll need to bleach your hair even further to knock out the remaining colours. Dying in general works additively: you change the colour of something by adding enough of a different colour to either mix with the existing colour and give what you want, or to cover up what's there. In either case, the colour you're adding needs to be as strong as or stronger than the existing colour to make a significant difference. White is literally the weakest a colour can be, though, with pale greys being only marginally stronger, so if you want that to be the dominant colour, there needs to be almost nothing left, and that can be really hard on hair.

Bleaching your hair twice will severely damage it, especially if you don't wait long enough for it to heal (and hair does heal). Depending on who you ask, really, it's either fine or a terrible idea. In general, the older you are, the less abuse your hair can take. 30 years old is right about when your hair is not indestructible. I'm also told that bleaching twice can just make it more yellow. I was going to do it again, when the package I bought told me to "absolutely not" do it twice, and apparently there are different grades of bleach, and I just have no clue.

Dye, on the other hand, is not so bad for your hair, and you can generally do it as much as you want with not so many side effects.

I'm told that purple shampoo takes away the bronze tones, but it wears off quickly. Also, you're not supposed to use it more than once a week. That's my current fix and it's not good for my hair.

All that said I probably want purple hair dye? Purple cancels out the yellow and brings it to grey. As long as I don't leave it in too long! I'm happy settling for a slight purple color. Idk if I want to do a test strand of hair first so I can time it.

It's most likely the lack of sleep. Often times they overwork themselves and limit themselves on sleep. No sleep means no resetting your body and getting the rest it needs so random shit accumulates in the body until eventually you pass away earlier than expected. So no sleep with insane amounts of stress with no point of relaxation it's all but expected that you die early. They all should know it at this point.

I get like 3 hours of sleep nightly and I think I should really get more

Mostly just because I get manic energy at night.

You're gonna have to become a hacker, and I think it is as difficult in your 40s as it is in any point of your life.

I think if you're interested in it, and you're built for it, it becomes easier no matter your age. I've read stories of great software engineers coming from truckers after they found their second calling. You're not even so far off these senior engineers who are experts in irrelevant languages that they can't use anymore. You're constantly starting from scratch, and your real expertise is how patient and diligent you are.

I couldn't get into it because I'm more interested in the game dev side of software. Hacking is kind of not so cool in real life. It's either petty theft/vandalism or corporate protector, with no in between. Or you could hack into the corruption of the government and reveal it and then no one would believe you because they just believe whatever they want anyway.

If you work with a bunch of old ladies, it's a competition to see who can have the most rules that you made up.

Sometimes it's a competition to see how slow you can possibly go. One of my coworkers moves at probably 20% the speed that anyone else does, meaning you have to do two people's jobs and might not get a break.

I think it sounds like shit but really just think it's funny. A lot of vocal tracks sound like shit isolated. Listening to isolated vocals tracks is kind of a hobby of mine. It's amazing how other instruments and studio magic can kind of disguise shitty vocals

AI has not put a dent in software engineering jobs aside from CEOs partially burning their companies down. It just can't write software because a program is 10000+ lines of code and chatgpt doesn't remotely understand that. It can barely handle 100. Yeah AI could get better, and the cookie monster could eat me too.

What really hurt it is the IT hiring bubble bursting. Something something loans something means companies don't hoard software engineers like candy anymore.

Depends on how much enjoyment you get out of it imo.

I literally have not interacted someone with "differing views" without them freaking out on me in like 5 years. If you're judging food simply by price and calories, you're going to gravitate towards very unhealthy foods. Might as well drink oil and buy candy by the pound.
Celery and cucumbers and stuff have extremely low calories, so those would look extremely expensive if prices were compared to calories.

Cooking oil is literally like gasoline for humans. That could keep you alive for a long time though. That's food for an emotionless robot in a human's body.
