Scheffler in his press conference after his round talked about how much of a supporter he was of the police and thanked multiple cops (the guy that drove him to the station and those that were in the station when he was processed) for helping him understand the situation and calming him down.

Oh man...do I understand this. My own father has dementia pretty bad and just broke his hip because he was out moving 50 pound stone flower pots for some reason and when it tipped over he went down with it.

Now he is in a rehab home and won't be getting out. My Mom at least was able to go with him so they are together but it is so brutal to see and witness in those you love.

My thoughts go out to you.

Not to mention it was pitch black, raining, and there were a dozen police cars and ambulances with their lights on. There is video of him being led to the police car and it was hard to see anything. Scheffler is about as honest and good a person as it comes as I am absolutely going to take his word over police every time until shown different.

CNN identified hospital workers and a Bosnian citizen as some of the civilian victims of these camps, where Palestinians are physically piled on top of each other in trucks and taken here without arrest warrants.
