Webtoons technically count for this but nobody is going to vote for them over the classics.sup I would find it difficult to pick ones to vote for though, and that's despite enjoying a lot of them. It's why the evolution of the genre has traditionally been about ways to de-prioritize armor and blocking. See: Bloodborne, Sekiro.

I don't know, but I think it's worth pointing out that we didn't even know about Super Mario Bros Wonder yet and nobody knew that Baldur's Gate 3 or Alan Wake 2 was going to be THAT good - at this time last year I thought it was pretty much going to be a slaughter by TOTK and look where we ended up.You're right, and I'm definitely jumping the gun with this topic, but it's fun to theorize. Because if there isn't something that surprises us, I have no idea. Alan Wake 2 The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Resident Evil 4 Super Mario Bros. Wonder I think any of those would have been the odds-on favorite in 2024. What do we got this time? Yakuza? Tekken? Dragon's Dogma? Hades 2 eventually? FF7 Rebirth should feel like it has a strong chance but Square has an aura of failure right now. --- It's Reyn Time. |

Probably the most popular dialogue choice in all of FF14. Glad you got to fight an Endsinger after she was made a bit tougher.
