I missed these topics. Literally. I think I missed one at least.lol. I didn't really post much after I initially started Whole Cake, so I didn't share many of my thoughts on that arc. But I will say, I loved Whole Cake. First arc in a LONG time that Sanji was actually cool and enjoyable, had some really cool fights and plot implications, and they Also been enjoying Wano so far, although I think my favorite part of it was the flashback to Oden and his followers. It was a pretty great plot-line in its own right, but it also just showcases how deep One Piece is willing to explore its own lore, I love it. I legit did not expect Wano's been great BTW. Hell, between Wano and Whole Cake I've loved the more intense turn the show's taken. Multiple important characters have died Also, Oden was fucking dope, glad we got such a deep dive into his history, and Whitebeard and Roger as well. One Piece is so good at building up its own lore. Aang was 12 (sort of)I can buy that Aang is 12 more than I can buy that Yusuke is 14. Aang at least talks and acts like a kid, he's just entrusted with a huge fate/burden and is relatively mature for his age. Being raised by monks also helps with the maturity aspect. Yusuke talks like a sassy middle aged man half the time. I love it and his (and everyone's) personality is a major part of why I love the show so much, but I just don't but that he's supposed to be 14.
