Im for it. Gives a chance for non-rich folks to rub elbows with people from rich families which will give them a higher chance of success via networking and being in their inner circles.

None of these opportunities are available in poorer neighborhoods.

Rich and successful in our case means making it out of working class life, getting a high paying job, and having the ability to move to a richer neighborhood.

Most of us wouldnt even think about being a millionaire since the typical working class family is paycheck to paycheck.

As someone who grew up in a working class neighborhood raised by immigrants. I cant imagine the chances are very high no matter how smart anyone in my neighborhood is and I have known many bright people in the area that I went to school with

The only chance any of us would have is getting EXTREMELY lucky and catch a lucky break somewhere because most of us here dont have the connections or resources to be successful like wealthier neighborhoods do

Most of our peaks tend to be working regular working class jobs

When you do this to someone who's already going to have a difficult time getting a job because of their criminal record you're just locking people into cycles of poverty and debt that are extremely hard to get out of even if they're trying to do everything right. Which I suspect is the point.

the reason why is because I know he did nothing special or particularly impressive to get where he is. he mainly got there because he was already rich and daddy helped fund his vision. so really, he was set up for success.

if he grew up working class, I promise you he would have never even gotten close to where he is

When I was fresh out of grad school almost 15 years ago, I couldn't find a teaching job in my area. So I worked at a daycare as a preschool teacher for 2 years. I made $12/hr because I had a Masters in education and I was the second highest paid employee there. The manager made more than me, but I think she was pulling in like $13/hr. I routinely worked around 50 hours per week to help myself survive.
