Russia isn't a real democracy... and a quick search doesn't make that guy appear to be a major candidate. I mean I just went to wikipedia so it could be under representing him? Who is actually crazy enough to run against Putin? There was one woman who was running against him who was also anti-war, but she was denied to be allowed to run unfortunately.
