I understand that Tapper wrote this book with collaboration from Axios, which isn't very credible, and has been embarassingly apologizing to the Trump family (even though their own guy was mentally ill from day 1), but that doesn't mean everything in it is untrue.

I hate those Bluish-White LED lights. The extra lumens is unnecessary in like 90% of cases and those stupid headlights diffuse more light and make it HARDER for everyone else on the road to see shit because NOT ONLY the blue wavelength but the bigger fuckin' SUVs and F-150s that have those stupid fucking LED headlights.

I'm saying this as someone with astigmatism and on days when it rains those headlights make driving at night UNGODLY. Fuck that stupid cheap LED technology, I'd rather have bright yellow halogen headlights in every single car at cost to manufacturer.

All items on reconciliation bills need to be budget related. Can the power grab on the courts be considered a budgetary item? The Senate parliamentarian decides. If it's deemed non-budgetary, then you can't pass it through reconciliation and it's subject to the filibuster. That's known as the Byrd Rule.
