They really are amazing. Went on 2 with my dad (he paid), and then just had my honeymoon on one (dad paid again). But we are going to do one next year and we will pay. It's extraordinary bad luck. It was the first mission in forever to not visit the space station and it was the last without contingencies. Nobody ever got a good look at the damage. But mission command knew it was bad but unactionable. They threw up their arms and decided to try reentry anyway. There was nothing they could do.sad, supposedly they never told the astronauts. Not sure it that part is fact though. Read very little on the other space shuttle ones you talked about. During the summer their tickets are between $57 to $67 each, so long as you buy like a week in advance. Yes and fast passes are 100% worth it. Im not going to travel hours and then stand in line for hours, Im getting the most out of my day at the park. Yeah for the big coaster parks, going during the week in the off season is the best. Doesn't work as well for the family friendly parks. For years, my uncle took my cousin and I to Magic Mountain on Black Friday. It was always a ghost town, where most rides had no lines at all, just walk on. Tried that with universal studios one year and it was absolutely packed with people. Everything has 1+ hour wait times.
