Now you may have kids eventually at some point, but it does eventually put a very stressful amount of pressure on you when people basically keep asking you: "WHY WON'T YOU FUCK? FOR MEEEEEE?" Gay people or people who feel like they were born in the wrong body are very likely to complicate that. Nowadays, there are progressive religious movements that realize that not literally everyone needs to be straight and/or procreate. | Aressar 09/10/21 6:08:31 PM #5 | It certainly has less of a fairytale story like other KOTOR1 and the movies. It's much more philosophical and explores beyond Light Side/Dark Side. The RPG gameplay is also more developed (more skill development, crafting, powers, and a possible second class to choose). Also, Chris Avellone was the lead writer and lead designer on it. If none of this tickles your fancy at all, go ahead and skip it. Personally, I think it has one of the best stories in the Star Wars franchise. It was a pretty hectic and frustrating bunch of rounds, with me frequently swearing out loud and dying a couple of times. Then during the extraction round, I had no medigel left, took cover until the last 15 seconds or so, then rushed for the extraction zone, then got fatally shot just before I reached it, with literally 2 seconds left on the clock, and everyone else did make it. I was screaming in anger. It was the biggest emptional outburst I had ever experienced due to gaming. I was shouting a whole biology book worth of swearing and slammed my desk in rage several times. Then the game returned to the lobby, and I noticed the icon that indicated that my mic was on.
