Though none of it matters cause the jurisdiction falls under US law, specifically California law, since that is where Youtube is headquartered. They don't go after people in Japan, they go after people in the US. They're taking advantage of US laws. You're not going to have things like songs being played in the background of your video that can be copyright struck in Japan. Frivolous lawsuits is so common in the US it's joked about by mainstream comedians. The doujinshi industry existing requires much laxer copyright laws. --- </topic> |

This is the problem of youtube obeying Japanese law Uh no, I'm pretty sure this is the problem with youtube being based in the US, which is far stricter on copyright than anywhere else. This is how scammers all across the globe take advantage of youtube's shit copyright system. Nintendo's infamous tightness over copyright is pretty much exclusive to US-based cases as well. --- </topic> |

I like that she takes Jotaro's catch phrase and changes it. She's crass, but respects her mama unlike Jotaro. Araki perfected stand fights starting from the last battle of part 4. It's a strategic back and forth with villains who are clever and cunning in their own right while part 3 and the majority of 4 is just the protagonists getting ambushed and terrorized by the enemy stand for the majority of the battle before realizing its weakness and then usually one shotting them. --- </topic> |

It helps that unlike some people I wasn't attracted to any of the characters at all due to how cartoony and wacky the artstyle and atmosphere was so I never felt uncomfortable besides a few key moments. --- </topic> |
