We're approaching a year since the new video cards and consoles were released and they're still nearly impossible to get without paying scalper prices. I got a 3080 prebuilt before even those prices skyrocketed and have no regrets. Now 3070 prebuilts with similar specs overall are going for more than I paid for mine in December last year. At that time you could get a 3080 machine for around $1800. Good luck with that now.

One of my cousins has downs syndrome. Luckily the father makes a super good living as a real estate developer so the mom never had to work.

But I'd think caring for someone who's now a grown man 24/7 would be a terrible fate. Last time I saw my cousin was at a family gathering and he insisted on watching Ace Ventura Pet Detective. He threw a fit until it was on the TV. Then he started humping the floor screaming "blood" and the mom just kept on socializing like nothing was happening.

I can only imagine the things his mother witnesses when no one else is around.

There are anti maskers all over the world.

It makes no sense to me. It's really not that hard to wear a mask. I've grown to like it and feel uncomfortable in public without one. I also haven't been sick at all with anything since wearing one. Not even a mild cold.

I didn't think they were terrible.

Reality is, there could be nothing that would satisfy hardcore Star Wars fans. Zip. Nostalgia goggles refuse to let them see that the OT wasn't exactly a masterpiece. It was the best of the trilogies for sure but by today's standards not extraordinary.

I've never seen live ones in the house but they somehow found their way inside there.

I assume the salt would preserve them and it's safe to use? It doesn't look like very many but I hate to throw the salt out. I have this OCD thing where I can't waste food unless it's a rotten banana or something.
