| AsucaHayashi 08/19/21 8:40:20 PM #14 | i don't understand pension plans elsewhere tbh. here every company that isn't shady af has a pension plan and it usually consists of a deal where you submit 4% of your own salary while they add 8% of their money(again based on your salary) for a total of 12% towards your pension every month. on top of that you're free to opt-in with pension companies if you want to make extra payments etc. only ones that don't get anything and have to come up with other ways like opt-in etc. are self-employed people etc. --- |
