Season 1 was the big highlight. Should have ended here tbh, that season is top 5 all time imo.

2 was alright but the back half of the season bar one episode is pretty meh.

can you explain why? I was looking into them and the new set for magic has over 700 cards apparently while hearthstone only has like 130.

hesrthstones greedy as fuck if youre looking to actually collect a full set.

boosters are only 5 cards at 100 gold a pop which is pricy and duplicates give you a pitiful amount of dust which is used to craft cards, about 40 normals to make 1 epic.

The data there is pretty funny, almost 88% of the vote was from conservatives/moderates for that question. Looking at other questions you can notice that white people making less than 50k skew the most against Biden, while 50k-100k is pretty close, and then once you get up to 100k+ it skews back to being favorable opinion of Biden.

So that poll largely just tells us that poor white people dont like Biden lol

Runes take thousands of matches to get more than 2-3 good ones because they have a range for what they'll roll as. When I played it also only was able to go up to like, 3.6% total in any given stat so someone with 2.1% in the same stat on the same character isn't immensely outclassed.

Being able to deal 1000+ damage on a crit with consistency as gengar at level 6? Yeah, no. That's not balanced.

Youre severely underestimating what S1 and 2 of LoL was like.

to be competitive with like 6 champs you needed somewhere around 80k blue essence. Champs were still 6300.

So you needed to grind for pretty much ever if you didnt want to get smashed. The reason so many one trick ponies existed was because buying a full set of runes for a Champ was stupid insane. Now you could make some champs share pages but rarely. If you didnt have CD quints dont bother playing Nasus or CD dependent champs like Ryze. If your didnt have Atk speed and Atk damage you rule out a bunch.

You wanna go a couple ap champs? Better hope the ones you like arent split between Flat and Scaling AP runes.

Back when you actually leveled 1-30 you were actually advised to only buy 1-3 champs and spend all the rest of resources on getting pages for them for ranked.

Now for the fun part, cause once you finally played long enough to have 7 champs and 7 rune pages for them, you now needed to buy more rune pages, cause otherwise you cant change runes in pick phase and thus needed as many pages as champs you could play. Since you couldnt just pre-select roles, you better have at least 1 champ for each role, which is 5 pages. That leaves 2 for any role you want another champ in.

that shit was cancer lol. One of the only RP purchases I ever made was for a bundle of rune pages back before they changed it.

Yes, but the only way to do that is to grind through people who already have everything. Other mobas have varied systems for purchase, but this is the first I've heard of where you can outright make your character better than other versions of that character via cash.

this. I defended it in a topic a few days ago but thats because I thought the upgrade tokens could only be purchased with tickets (as shown in the shop). I was unaware if you run out of tickets you could use gems instead for them.

that completely changes my perspective on things.
