Honestly, I wish I could see into an alternate timeline where the government/media hadn't pushed for vaccinations as hard. People are dang stubborn and as soon as it became politicized it turned off half the nation to vaccines. If they had just made it known they were available I wonder if people would have been more receptive?

No, the door to door thing is stupid. The people they're bothering aren't 'too uniformed' or whatever, they weighed the risks, did the research and decided not to take it. Some people knocking at their door asking if they know about their lord and savior the vaccine isn't gonna change their minds.

Lollapalooza came and went and nothing happened. Every single of them were either vaxxed or had to provide a negative CoVid test as recent as 3 days old. Everyone without a mask and nothing happened. No delta either.

I was mostly talking about anime since the video was about MHA and the twitter crew trying to force the creator.

American shows are different. They usually care more about checkboxes nowadays. Like if you're trying to sell your pitch, you better get ready to have POC and gay characters shoved into your show if you want it greenlit for tv. Especially the CW.

The thing is, in anime, story and characters go first. For the most part they don't have agendas and other BS, the stories about the heroes beating the bad guys or slice of life romances, telling a good horror story and whatever else, there's no lecturing towards the audience.

They have lots of stories and series that actually center around gay characters, they can go watch those. Japan doesn't care what Americans watch because Americans already love anime as-is. Gay Twitter can try to bully and harrass all they want, they're not gonna toss in gay characters into a series 'just because' if so many people are buying it anyway AND where there are already a lot of anime series that have gay characters in em.
