However, the trolley conductor has 2 prior convictions and would go down for life for negligent homicide if you opt not to intervene. If you do intervene, you'll get warned that you may be charged but ultimately nothing happens and all civil lawsuit liability falls upon the train company which forced you into the situation of choosing.
