I liked REmake2 well enough, but I don't know that I'd have paid sixty bucks for it given that I finished it in about twenty hours. And that was with two campaigns, I don't know that Jill will have twice the campaign length.

I'm enjoying the game. Honestly, I buy a ton of games and don't play them. So the fact that I actually fire up this game when I'm bored speaks volumes.

RE2 was twenty hours or so with me replaying it twice. I'm going on the assumption that RE3 will be more like ten hours or so. Probably less now that I have a grasp on the mechanics.

I think it's worth no more than $15.

I instead got the Destroy all Humans remake and Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night for like $47.

I was going to get the Spider-Man DLC, but it annoyed me that the GOTY edition is on sale for $20 while the DLC itself is $25.

$15 - $20 is the sweet point. First playthrough took me a little over 10 hours.

I paid $30 for it on PC and thought it was well worth it. Beat it around 5 times I think.

Why do people rush through great looking games like this? Take your time and soak it all in. Look around, enjoy it.

Cons:

Short
Missing a lot of content from the original
Not as good as RE2make
They botched Nemesis
The Dodge mechanic is awkward

But its still a great game well worth full price, especially If you liked RE2make and are done with it

most people who hate it only do so because the MC is a girl

Honestly I thought Hardcore was harder

On inferno enemies are more "aggressive " sure but they aggressively walk single file right at you into easy headshots and telegraph their attacks for easy dodging . Inferno was easy

With the exception of the final boss who was a nightmare that can fuck right off.

if you didnt think REmake 2 was worth 60 then 3 sure as hell isnt either. its a 4-5hour game with no branching paths or campaigns. for what it is its good (despite butchering a lot of aspects of the original), but i personally wouldnt spend more than $15-20 for it.

Me too, but I liked RE8 more than RE2. And pretty much everything I'd heard about RE3 was that it wasn't good compared to RE2.

Yeah, my friend got it for me for my birthday last year. RE3 Remake, I mean. I put like 30 minutes into it? Then just stopped playing and I don't really have a desire to pick it up again. Maybe I will cause I enjoyed 8 so much.

I don't like the run away type of games. I enjoyed REmake2 until that point. I like to take my time and explore, only running as a last resort.
